These advances raise an important question: how will AI affect the way we work? From a marketing perspective, AI is set to transform our strategies and operations in profound ways.

Over the past year, AI chatbots such as ChatGPT have demonstrated their potential to transform workflows and tasks across all aspects of the marketing mix. However, while the efficiency and capabilities of AI are undeniable, the human touch remains irreplaceable in creating meaningful connections and differentiated human connections and experience.

Balancing AI innovation with human creativity 

Generative AI has shown remarkable potential in automating routine tasks and enhancing creative processes.
