CareerBox is a recruitment and skills development organisation. We are a provider and industry agnostic training organisation with established expertise in customer contact and recruitment induction.

We source and develop young talent, equipping them with everything they need to excel within a work environment, interfacing with customers and driving brands forward. We empower youth by providing career development training focused on soft and technical skills.

Educating those willing and eager to learn delivers a long term solution to our continent’s unemployment crisis.

We are in the business of building careers for the youth, knowing full well that the first step towards gainful employment can lead to a lifetime of opportunities and growth.

We are incredibly proud of the difference that we’ve already made in so many lives…

We IDENTIFY and RECRUIT underprivileged yet inspiring and gifted youth, ages 18 – 35.

We provide high-demand SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING programmes designed to equip these youth with the abilities needed to be successful in the marketplace. The training is free of charge with certification awarded upon conclusion!

We then PLACE THEM IN SUSTAINABLE JOBS with local partners and employers. The jobs offer pathways for career growth thus helping deliver on the hopes and dreams of Africa’s youth.

Employing Sustainable Solutions

For every problem there is a solution. You just have to find it or create it. In South Africa our biggest challenge is youth unemployment and the solution is market driven education and training, designed to empower youth and uplift communities through the multiplier of employment and compensation. Market driven training programmes contribute to the economy by identifying the needs of employers and pulling more people into the work and talent pool. The result is a long-term sustainable solution to Africa’s unemployment crisis.
