Full Potential was founded in 2013 to accelerate people development by using technology and a holistic development approach that cultivate extraordinary potential for the organisation. Full Potential is a 100% black female-owned company that supports organisations and individuals to prepare for the Future of Work. The purpose is to cultivate future-fit skills and leadership capability to accelerate growth. Full Potential’s moonshot is to develop a new breed of African leaders that are future-fit and ready to respond to the changing world. Full Potential are targeting a million African leaders by 2025.
The founder of Full Potential, Mabore Sithole is a seasoned Human Resource professional with 23 years of experience in the corporate environment. Nine of those years were at the Executive level, at companies like Fraser Alexander, OTIS, Sasol and, most recently, Anglo American Platinum as the Head of Human Resource Development and Transformation. She is currently enrolled for a Master’s in Philosophy in Management Coaching at the University of Stellenbosch Business School and took time to reinvent herself in 2020 by adding Digital Marketing to her skillset, with an interest in doing business online. At Full Potential, Mabore combines two of her great interests which are people development through coaching and mentoring. She has created a virtual development hub that aims to develop a new breed of leaders that are ready to respond to the changing world by 2025.
