Icon Property Group (IPG) is a client-centered real estate agency with its core business area in Cape Town. Principal and CEO, Melissa Phelps, defines her business by the relationships that she, and the agents in her firm, have cultivated over the years.

The business was founded on 16 January 2008 and initially focused on the Delft and Belhar markets. IPG has since grown to cover most of the Cape Town metro and is gearing up for expansion into other markets in South Africa, and beyond.

Historically, IPG focused on the lower LSM markets, however, the business has since branched out into the mid-and higher LSM markets as the demand for IPGs service excellence grows. Today, IPG aims to give the industry a face-lift, one sale at a time. With this, IPG aims to bring a fresh take on the traditional real estate agent: The IPG Agent is a skilled professional, and is keenly focused on offering service that exceeds expectations.
