We’re an independent professional consultancy service offered to clients in the built/construction environment. We act primarily as cost consultants, advising clients on strategies to achieve affordable and viable projects. Our Vision is to be one of the leading Quantity Surveying companies in South Africa, as we strive to provide value to our clients by maintaining high levels of estimation and management of costs.

KPHQS was founded by Ms. Kabelo Hlahane and draws on her PR experience, knowledge, and skills of working in the construction industry for more than 10 years. It offers services to clients in various sectors and has exposure to property development and construction projects, ranging from residential/housing; institutional; industrial to mixed-use developments. The company’s project scope also includes alteration/ renovation projects as well as building conversions.
