Kumusa is led by the Founder Miss. Zimkhitha (Simmie) Ceza a seasoned Recruitment and Talent Management Specialist who champions for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Born and raised in the rural areas of the Eastern Cape, she is passionate about making socio economic impact and creating equal opportunities for all. Zimmie acts as an Employability and Career Coach with 16 years’ recruitment industry experience. She was appointed as a Head of Youth Employment for the Pan African Chamber of Commerce in 2018 running employability workshops in rural areas and townships.
Zimmie is renowned for her Black Economic Empowerment and Gender Equality Agenda, and proudly champions for Transformational Change as a result, Kumusa has created a full database of Employment Equity candidates for executive and board member roles. She manages the executive talent search and head hunting desk for executive roles, board memberships, professional services, succession planning, and pipelining for critical skills.
Prior to establishing Kumusa Consulting, Zimmie worked as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist for Conscript Africa recruiting executives across the SADC region. She has been privileged to have both Africa and Global Recruitment exposure in specialized industries such as Actuarial Placements, Chartered Accountancy, Finance, Digital, Engineering, FMCG, Mining, Facilities Management, etc.
