The Regency Apartment Hotel Pty Ltd, trading as The Regency Apartment Hotel, Menlyn, is a four-star brand. It is 100% black female owned, a premier brand hotel and real estate property management agent. The company was registered in 2018 and was active in 2019.

The first property and offices are situated 27 Matroosberg Road, Ashlea Gardens, Menlyn Pretoria. The Regency Apartment Hotel Pty Ltd (RAH), the management agent, believes in Transformation and offers comprehensive range of services and tailor made to each guest to ensure maximum return on investment to its owners and investors.

The Regency Apartment Hotel in Menlyn has 225 apartment style hotel suites that are suitable to cater for business or leisure accommodation and Regency Apartment Hotel Pty Ltd as management agent, manages 80 units within the property. Each unit is fitted with top quality finishes including appliances by Miele, centralized air-conditioning, restaurant, bar, bespoke gym, high-end security with 24-hour surveillance camera and underground parking. The suites carters to a mix of local and international professionals, investors, diplomats and embassy staff with different needs and requirements. There is additional conferencing facility available for corporate on request. The Regency Apartment Hotel is ideal for both long and short-term business or leisure travel to Menlyn, Pretoria.
